Yoga & Dance Flow
Dance! Move your body and let the Divine flow! When we move our bodies and mindfully focus our breath, we open our energy channels for more flow and increase Life Force. Like water, our bodies need movement to prevent stagnation and dis-ease. Dance is the body’s celebration to music. It can be an active form of prayer and meditation. When in flow, the Divine Spirit can move through us and activate our joy center, opening our hearts and filling us with Love.
Yoga is an ancient practice of mindful movement with the breath (prana). When we move our bodies into specific poses (asanas), we allow the body to move energy, gain flexibility and release blockages. Within each pose, we have an opportunity to connect with our mind, body and spirit, allowing for a deeper relationship with ourselves and with the Divine.
